I was unaware the pharmacy and the urgent care our separate entities as I had recently had a negative experience with the pharmacy. As far as The urgent care goes, fantastic. Very Clean hospitality is outstanding all the Doctors and staff are super caring and knowledgeable. Everyone has been so nice, great with my kids. This is our families go to place for unexpected medical needs and every time our expectations our exceeded . I thank the entire staff for your kindness and patience with my Son at our recent visit.

I had to go to Acadian Urgent Care today for the first time because I was bit by a stray cat. I was seen nearly immediately and the pharmacy attached filled 4 prescriptions for me within 10 minutes or less. A great experience. I will be back if I ever need medical attention again. Highly recommend.

Myself, husband and two kids have used this clinic for the last seven years. They have proven to be excellent for both a wide range of urgent issues to the more mundane every single time. With insurance red tape and large hospital networks taking over medical care, it's virtually impossible to have a good experience and to leave knowing your concerns have been addressed. Attending providers actually listen to your concerns, staff is helpful and we never have it lurking in the back of our minds if we are going to have to come back for the same concern. Highly recommend them for urgent care, physicals, and internal medicine visit appointments (currently those need to be scheduled in advance and are available Tuesdays and Thursdays). If you are local consider giving them a try. They accept cash pay and a wide range of insurances. They make the process of going to the doctor as painless as possible.

I went here on Halloween day after falling down the stairs, they took X-rays and sent me home said it was just a sprain. Called the next day to say it was fractured to see my primary care fast forward to today when I saw the Orthopedic that took new x-rays to find out there is no fracture! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Also the doc asked what I wanted for pain meds! Seriously this is why we have such an opioid issue

We brought our daughter to Acadia urgent care and it was a complete disaster. The doctor examined her, then misdiagnosed her symptoms(stomach bug), failing to recognize that she had COVID-19. Instead of receiving the necessary care, she was sent home with the wrong treatment. As her condition worsened over the next few hours, we ended up in the emergency room for 6 hours, where she was correctly diagnosed with COVID-19 and received the appropriate care. The incompetence of the urgent care staff not only delayed her treatment but also put others at risk due to their failure to identify a contagious case. I would strongly advise against seeking care at this urgent care facility, as my experience was not only frustrating but also potentially harmful to my child and others.

I called 15 minute prior to arriving to see if they were open on New Year’s Day and how busy it was, never once did they mention they were closing at 2. I showed up at 1:45 for inner ear infection (very minor) and no wait at all . As I walked in the front desk lady with red hair was on the phone shaking her head at me. Once she hung up proceeded to tell me they took their last patient at 1:30 (around when I called) and they wouldn’t see me because they were closing at 2. I am a healthcare worker and had they wanted to get out by 2 they should have said they were closing at 1:30 not had it posted they were closing at 2. Never will get my business again after that.

We've used their services twice before and are about to use them again. In both of our prior visits, they were fast, friendly, professional, and all-around excellent! I just had to call them and they were great this time, too! I couldn't ask for more!
